Founder and Lead Rider
Akhil is the Director of Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels. His passion for adventure travel, hospitality and riding motorcycles drove him to ride extensively in the Northern and Western regions of India. After having spent 14 years in the business world setting up one of India’s finest collections of luxury boutique hotel chains, his passion got the better of him and the quest to blur the lines between passion and business set in. He then proceeded to conceptualise and setup Motoscapes and since then has been dedicated to building a riding community and constantly refining and improving the routes and tour experiences. Akhil leads every ride himself to ensure that every aspect of the journey is well curated and delivered without compromise. His deep-rooted background in hospitality ensures an experience which is benchmarked against some of the best motorcycle touring companies in the world. Akhil leaves no stone unturned to ensure that riders are comfortable, confident and return with a renewed sense of confidence on the saddle. He is backed by an experienced team to aid in the delivery of these experiential journeys.
Janmejay Singh Ghanerao
Chase Vehicle Command
Janmejay is a passionate travel and motorcycle enthusiast with extensive experience of motorcycle tours. Janmejay commands the backbone of the ride – the backup chase vehicle and is eveready to fix issues or support them as required. Belonging to the erstwhile family of Ghanerao, his knowledge of the local area of Rajasthan is unparalleled. Janmejay will delight you with his fascinating stories and great sense of humour.
Yogesh Rathi
Sweep rider & Tech Support
Yogesh‘s passion for machines and motorcycles led him to become an integral part of TNT motorcycles based out of Delhi which customises motorcycles. They have won numerous awards and taken on special customisation projects for Royal En eld. Yogesh aka ‘Rathi’, holds a crucial position in the convoy between the chase truck and the last motorcycle of the convoy. From here, he keeps a hawk’s eye on the entire convoy and is prepared to assist with any eventuality. Yogesh’s knowledge of motorcycles and mechanics proves to be a very important asset for the team.
