Can we choose our own dates?
Yes, entirely. Since these are private tours with no fixed departures, you pick the dates that work for your group. We recommend sharing two or three possible windows so we can align the best weather, route conditions, and stay availability for your chosen destination.
Is this only for expert riders?
Not at all. Private tours are shaped around the skill level of your group, so whether you're a seasoned rider or someone who has only done weekend rides, we'll tailor the pace, daily distances, and terrain accordingly. For mixed groups, our lead rider and backup vehicle ensure everyone rides within their comfort zone.
Can families or mixed-skill groups join?
Absolutely — private tours are especially popular with families and mixed groups. We plan easier riding days, shorter daily distances, comfortable stays, and a support vehicle for anyone who prefers not to ride a given stretch. Children, parents, and non-riding partners are all welcomed and accommodated.
Can NRIs plan this before arriving in India?
Yes, and most of our NRI guests do exactly that. We handle everything remotely over email, WhatsApp, or video calls — itinerary design, bike arrangement, airport pickup, stays, and on-ground coordination — so your trip is fully set up before you land. You just arrive and ride.
Can you customize route and duration?
Yes. Every private tour is built from scratch around your preferences — whether that's a relaxed 5-day ride through the foothills or a 15-day Himalayan expedition. Tell us your interests (culture, wildlife, high passes, food, photography) and we'll design the route, stops, and pace around them.
Do we need to bring our own bikes?
Not required. We arrange well-maintained suitable motorcycles for your group through our trusted network. If you'd prefer to ride your own bike, we can coordinate logistics around that too — including transport to the start point if needed.
What kind of support is included?
Every private tour includes a lead rider, a backup support vehicle for luggage and tired riders, on-ground coordination at each stop, curated stays, fuel and route planning, and 24×7 assistance through the journey. Mechanical support and a basic first-aid kit travel with the group throughout.
Can non-riders join in the same trip?
Yes, and we plan for this regularly. Non-riding partners, children, or family members travel alongside in a comfortable support vehicle, joining the group at stays, meals, and sightseeing stops. Everyone shares the same experience — just with different modes of getting there.
