Post breakfast, start the climb towards Almora and Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary. On the way stop for coffee at Kasar Devi. The Kasar Devi temple dates back to the 2nd century. It is positioned on the earth’s Van Allen belt and has an enormous geomagnetic field. As a result, it is endowed with a cosmic energy similar to Stonehenge in the UK and Machu Pichu in Peru. Famous personalities such as Bob Dylan, George Harrison have stayed here for months. Swami Vivekananda has performed some of his most intense meditations in a cave near this. Carry on towards Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary with a detour taking you through a forest trail before we reach our destination at the top for a scenic lunch in the middle of the forest. Finally arrive at your destination in Binsar.
